Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Pancakes

1 cup white whole wheat flour
47 g oat bran
1/2 cup flax meal
2 cup light vanilla soy milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Add soy milk

  3. Let stand 15-20 minutes

  4. Cook on griddle or waffle iron
