Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Pancakes

9 large Egg, White
1 cup Oat Bran
8 oz Greek Yogurt
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Pancakes

Beat egg whites. Blend oat bran and yogurt in separate bowl, mixing in sweetener as well. Fold in fluffed egg whites. Lightly oil griddle on medium heat. Cook batter in 1/3 c. measurements to make pancakes of this size, flipping when bubbles surface in the batter.
