Recipe Ingredients for oat bran no sugar muffins

1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup, mashed Pumpkin
27 3/5 grams Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 oz Fat Free Plain
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/4 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
100 grams blueberries
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Oat Bran
3 large Egg, White
2 tablespoons cocoa
50 grams beet
1 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for oat bran no sugar muffins

  1. grate zucchini, steamed beetroot, mash bananas, mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix remaing ingredients except eggs in another bowl. Add wet ings to dry ings. Fold in beaten egg whites.

  2. spoon into small muffin tins. Bake at 210 for 20 mins or 160 for 35 - not sure yet!!
