3 tbsp FLAXSEED
1/2 cup UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
1/2 tsp SALT
1 cup SKIM MILK
2 tbsp HONEY
1 EGG
1 EGG WHITE

  3. MIX TOGETHER

  4. SPRAY MUFFIN TIN

  5. FILL MUFFIN TIN 3/4 FULL
