Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins

12 tsp Sweetener
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1.5 cup Oat Bran
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
50 grams Whey Protein Isolate (90%, from Bulk Barn)
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients, add in wet ingredients, mix until just combined.

  3. Divide into 12 muffin tins, let sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Bake 12-15 minutes.
