Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins

1.5 cup Oat Bran
8 oz 100% Liquid Egg Whites
0.5 cup Pumpkin
0.5 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 medium banana Bananas
1 cup Frozen Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins

Mix all ingredients but blueberries together well. Fold in blueberries at the end. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-22 min
