Recipe Ingredients for Oat bran muffins

24 tsp Domino Dark Brown Sugar
1.5 cup Oat Bran, Cooked
1.5 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Unbleached Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Apple Sauce Original Organics
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Oat bran muffins

  1. preheat oven to 400 F. spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. Blend together brown sugar, oat bran, flour, baking powder, soda and sault. Add eggs, chilled applesauce and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended. Spoon into muffin cups. let stand 10 minutes.

  3. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
