Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins

1 1/4 cups bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry, mixing just until moistened. Fold in raisins.

  3. Divide evenly among muffins sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 16-18 minutes.
