Recipe Ingredients for oat bran muffins

160 g (2 cups) quaker oat bran, uncooked
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup fat free milk
2 egg whites
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for oat bran muffins

  1. combine dry ingredients in one bowl

  2. combine liquid ingredients in another bowl

  3. combine the two together. line 12 count muffin pan with paper liners

  4. fill each about 2/3 full

  5. bake @ 350 about 20-25 min

  6. remove from oven let cool completely then enjoy

  7. store in airtight container or freeze for slightly longer storage
