Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins

4 1/2 cups oat bran
1/2 c. dates
2 T baking powder
1/2 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. 1% milk
1 large egg
3 bananas
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Add milk and molasses and mix well.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just blended.

  4. Pour into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 425 for 12-14 minutes.
