Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins

2 cups oat bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup soy flour
2 small eggs
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 pkt splenda

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins

  1. prehat 350 oven

  2. prepare muffin pan with non-stick spray

  3. mix wet and dry ingredients separately

  4. combine wet and dry mixtures

  5. scoop batter into muffin pan

  6. bake 20-25 min
