Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Oat Bran
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Orange Peel
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir flour, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, & grated orange peel (zest) together. In separate bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients (except raisins). Then, add wet ingredients to dry & stir in raisins. Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake for 16-20 min.
