Recipe Ingredients for Oat Bran Muffins with blueberries

1 serving NL High-protein Oatmeal (pkt)
12 1/5 grams Oat Bran
2 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1 tbsp Soy Flour (Lowfat)
2 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
0.25 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Oat Bran Muffins with blueberries

  1. Add 1/2 cup hot water to high-protein oatmeal packet.

  2. Stir in all other ingredients excep blueberries. Mix well. Then fold in blueberries.

  3. Spoon into 9 greased mini-muffin tin cups and bake at 375 for 17-20 minutes.
