Meatloaf made with rolled oats and barbeque sauce with chopped onions, garlic, and celery.

Recipe Ingredients for Oat and Barbeque Meatloaf

2 lbs ground beef
4 cups rolled oatmeal
2 large onions
4 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
1 cup barbeque sauce
2 large eggs

Recipe Directions for Oat and Barbeque Meatloaf

  1. Chop onions, celery, and garlic

  2. Combine rolled oatmeal, chopped vegetables, beaten eggs, 3/4 cup barbeque sauce, and ground beef

  3. Make two loaves from the mixture

  4. Put each loaf in a loaf pan

  5. Top each loaf pan with half of the remaining barbeque sauce

  6. Bake meatloaf in oven at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes until the center of the loaf is brown
