Recipe Ingredients for Oat Banana Bread

0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
1.25 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Oat Banana Bread

  1. mix dry ingredients in a large bowl

  2. add oil and eggs

  3. mash bananas in a separate smaller bowl with a potato masher

  4. add bananas and oats to mix

  5. bake in greased loaf pan at 350
