Great for quick energy or to have for breakfast with an orange. This makes 10 big balls but you can make them 1/2 size too...

Recipe Ingredients for Oat Balls (No Bake Cookies)

2 cups no calorie Splenda
4 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons Crazy Richasard's natural chunky peanut butter
3 cups quaker oats

Recipe Directions for Oat Balls (No Bake Cookies)

  1. Bring Splenda, cocoa, skim milk, & applesauce to a boil & keep stirring for about a 1 1/2 minutes

  2. Remove from heat then add peanut butter & vanilla

  3. Mix well until peanut butter is melted

  4. Fold in oats until they reach a batter-like consistency

  5. Drop onto wax paper & let stand about an hour then keep in the fridge
