Recipe Ingredients for Oana's thai chicken curry

300 g chicken breast
300 g bamboo shoots
2 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Oana's thai chicken curry

Boil the coconut milk till it starts getting thick. Add curry paste and stir continuously till mixed. Add the fish sauce and chicken. Boil till chicken is cooked. add the chicken broth and the bamboo shots and boil some more.
