A vague recollection of what I may have eaten growing up, combined with my distaste for mayo and what I had in my pantry!

Recipe Ingredients for o2bgr8's Deviled Eggs

8 eggs, boiled
4 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 lb bacon
2 tsp capers
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for o2bgr8's Deviled Eggs

  1. Boil eggs. Cool.

  2. Fry bacon. Crumble.

  3. Peel eggs

  4. Cut eggs in half.

  5. Put yolks in bowl.

  6. Combine yolks with yogurt, mustard, bacon & capers.

  7. Put mixture back in egg white shell.

  8. Sprinkle with paprika.

  9. Chill & serve.

  10. *add S&P to taste if desired
