15 oz garbanzo beans
1 tsp tahini
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth

  1. drain and rinse beans

  2. throw all in food processor except broth

  3. whirl until smooth, adding broth as needed for preferred texture
