Recipe Ingredients for O2bfit's Banana Bread

1 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup smart balance oil
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 bananas
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for O2bfit's Banana Bread

Combine dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Mix together. Pour into greased bread pan and cook about 55 min. or until done.
