3/4 cup skim milk
1/8 tsp pepper
29 oz of green beans
1.33 cup French Fried onions

Recipe Directions for o2bfit reduced calorie 'green bean casserole'

Mix soup & mik. Add pepper, beans & 2/3 of the onions. Pour into 1.5 qt casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Stir. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 more minutes.
