Very filling salad.It's low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Potassium, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Copper and Manganese.

Recipe Ingredients for Nydia's Four Bean Salad

2 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
0.25 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
0.25 cup Beans, White, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 serving Grape Seed Oil
1 serving Raspberry Vinegar
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Nydia's Four Bean Salad

Cook red,pinto & white beans with a little Kosher salt until done.Steam snap peas until done.Refrigerate.When ready to serve toss in the oil,vinegar & pepper.
