Recipe Ingredients for Nutwood's Turkey Chili

4 ounces lean ground turkey
24 ounces Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
3 Tomato Roma
16 ounces dark red kidney beans
16 ounces light kidney beans
1 medium onion
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 peppers, jalepeno
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 cups water
2 cube Buillon

Recipe Directions for Nutwood's Turkey Chili

  1. Brown turkey in skillet. Microwave beef bouillon in water until dissolved. Add to skillet and simmer 3 minutes.

  2. Dice onions and peppers, mince garlic.

  3. Add turkey, beans, seasoning, and tomato sauce to large pot, simmer on low heat.

  4. Saute pepper, onion and garlic until onions are clear. Add pepper, onion and garlic to pot.

  5. Simmer one hour.

  6. Serve topped with low-fat shredded cheese.
