Recipe Ingredients for Nutwood's mushroom pasta sauce

26 oz Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 medium raw Tomato Roma
3 oz Ground Turkey Lean
1 cube Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Nutwood's mushroom pasta sauce

Brown Turkey. Prepare bouilion in 1/3 cup water and add to tureky in skillet, simmer 3 minutes. Dice onion, pepper, and mince garlic, saute in skillet. Blanch tomatoes, remove skin, cool and dice. Add everything to a saucpan and simmer on low for 2 hours or more, stirring ocassionally. Serve over whole grain pasta.
