Recipe Ingredients for Nutty Thai Noodles

16 ounce spaghetti
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cups peanut butter, chunky
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Nutty Thai Noodles

  1. In a large pot of light salted boiling water, cook the vermicelli according to the package directions. Drain and place in serving bowl.

  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, combine the remaining ingredients to make the sauce, stirring well to mix.

  3. Cook the sauce for 1 minute on half power in the microwave.

  4. Pour warm sauce over the vermicelli and toss to coat.
