Superb whole-food salad dressing that is also very flexible.

Recipe Ingredients for Nutty & Sour Blended Dressing

1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
8 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
4 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1 oz Naturally Brewed Tamari Soy Sauce
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Nutty & Sour Blended Dressing

  1. Toss all in blender. Blend. Add more tamari, lemon juice or water (your taste preference) as necessary to facilitate blending.

  2. Mix and match oily seeds or nuts to vary the recipe. Walnuts are particularly good in this recipe as well. Black pepper is also good. The blender grinds it right up.

  3. One serving is approximately 1/4 cup for a large salad.
