Add 2 tbsp chia seeds for additional omegas!

Recipe Ingredients for Nutty Omega 3 Granola

3 cups oats
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Nutty Omega 3 Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup, stirring and working with your hands to break up the clumps.

  3. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove to cooling rack. When cool, store in airtight container.
