Recipe Ingredients for Nutty Green Beans

1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, rinsed and cut in half
1 cup chopped walnuts (12155)
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
4 oz feta cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar (117877)
1 tbs. chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Nutty Green Beans

  1. Steam green beans.

  2. Toast walnuts at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Combine walnuts, beans, onions, and feta cheese. Toss and chill.

  4. Combine dressing ingredients and pour mixture onto beans one hour before serving.
