Nommy customized protein bar. Chewy and crunchy. Gluten free ( with GF oats), rice free, dairy free, soy free. Really good and good for you. Very RICH cut into small bites - 2 oz and I was stuffed !

Recipe Ingredients for Nutty Fruity Oat bars

2 cup Regular Rolled Oats
146 grams Almond Butter, Plain
75 2/5 grams Dried Cranberries
85 grams Pitted Dates
1 serving efeGold Hemp Protein
2 serving Dr Taylor Amino shake
6.6 tsp Pure Raw Honey
0.5 serving Hemp Bliss Hemp Milk

Recipe Directions for Nutty Fruity Oat bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. chop dried fruit of choice finely

  3. Mix wet ingredient -

  4. mix wet and dry together

  5. line a flat sheet

  6. press onto sheet

  7. let dry overnight in oven or other protected area.

  8. Cut in sizes as your choice - very rich and dense. Wrap in saran wrap.

  9. Details :

  10. Can use any protein powder you like of 2 scoops ( apprx 1/4 cup.) Use 1/2 cup of syrup of your choice and 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
