Not a very healthy snack, but one my family's been eating for over 50 years.

Recipe Ingredients for Nuts N Bolts

1/2 cup margarine, melted
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp seasoned salt
2 cups peanuts
2 cups rice chex
2 cups wheat chex
2 cups corn chex
4 oz pretzel sticks (2 cups, but the recipe nutrition couldn't be computed in cups)

Recipe Directions for Nuts N Bolts

  1. Preheat oven to 250F.

  2. Mix melted margarine, Worcestershire sauce & seasoned salt together in a small bowl.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.

  4. Drizzle margarine mixture over the dry mix, and stir until everything is thoroughly coated.

  5. Spread in a single layer on a large cookie sheet.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, turning the mix every 15 minutes.
