A bit sweet, but a good way to get veggies into children and childish adults.

Recipe Ingredients for Nutritious Stuffing

397 g Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix (1 bag)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 cups fresh carrot juice

Recipe Directions for Nutritious Stuffing

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan and add olive oil.

  2. Saute onion and celery until tender.

  3. Add stuffing and toss.

  4. Add parsley and carrot juice and toss gently until moistened.

  5. Bake in casserole dish at 350 F for 30 minutes or until it reaches the desired amount of crispness.
