Recipe Ingredients for Nutritious Mashed Potatoes

258 g potatoes, boiled
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp low fat cheddar
1 pinch of salt
1 dash of pepper

Recipe Directions for Nutritious Mashed Potatoes

  1. boil skinless cubed potatoe till cooked through

  2. drain excess water

  3. add cheddar

  4. add salt and pepper to taste

  5. add milk and butter then mash (pot should be warm so everything will stay warm, or you can warm the milk/butter)
