Recipe Ingredients for Nutritious Chicken Tacos

1 tortillas
2 ounces of cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon cooked kidney beans
3 small tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped pepper
4 ounces boiled chicken
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Nutritious Chicken Tacos

Toast tortilla on a pan, add cheese to melt. Add cooked, seasoned chicken on top. Serve hot. On the side, boil tomatoes and process with onions and pepper. Add chili peppers and salt to taste. Serve on the side. The cooked beans can be heated and served processed or whole on the side.
