Recipe Ingredients for Nut and rice patties

1 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 chopped onions
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 cups brown rice
1 cup toasted breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Nut and rice patties

Cook rice and cool. Mix first 6 ingredients together. Form into patties. Dip in toasted breadcrumbs and cook both sides in frypan using as little of the peanut oil as possible.
