These are brownies made with oat and almond flours.

Recipe Ingredients for Nut and Oat Flour Brownies

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Nut and Oat Flour Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8 inch square pan.

  2. In a medium bowl combine melted butter and cocoa and stir until cocoa is dissolved.

  3. Add sugar and mix well.

  4. Add vanilla and eggs until combined.

  5. Stir in flours and salt until you no longer see any flour.

  6. Fold in nuts.

  7. Spread in pan and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes. Cool, Cut, and Serve.
