Recipe Ingredients for Nut Loaf

8 ounces cottage cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp pepper
2 ounces walnuts

Recipe Directions for Nut Loaf

  1. Grind walnuts in the food processor and beat eggs.

  2. Combine everything in a large bowl and pour into 8" nonstick loaf pan.

  3. Bake at 350 about 40 minutes to an hour or until browned and cooked through.
