Experimental ginger spread, dip, dressing number three. Pretty good but somewhat higher in calories.

Recipe Ingredients for nut, ginger, garlic spread #3

1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons ginger

Recipe Directions for nut, ginger, garlic spread #3

  1. Roast the nuts and grind in coffee grinder.

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
