A condiment made of various nuts, seeds, garlic and ginger.

Recipe Ingredients for nut garlic ginger spread

1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons ginger
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for nut garlic ginger spread

  1. Dry roast whole nuts until fragrant in frying pan.

  2. Grind nuts to flour in food grinder

  3. Add water, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger to blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Add peanut butter and blend until smooth.

  5. Pour into 2 pint jar and stir in ground nuts.

  6. Let set in refrigerator for several hours before use.
