1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons ginger root
5 cloves garlic

  1. Place in blender and whiz until smooth.

  2. You may want to toast the nuts first.
