good homemade granola/trail mix! Can eat as a cereal w/milk or just on its own for a snack.

Recipe Ingredients for nut & fruit granola (homemade)

1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sliced almonds (or any chopped nuts)
1/4 c. flax seed
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. banana chips
1/3 c. golden raisins
1/3 c. chopped dried mango
1/3 c. pistachios
1/4 c. dried coconut

Recipe Directions for nut & fruit granola (homemade)

heat honey & oil. mix oats, almonds, & flax seed. add honey and oil mix. spread on greased baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes or until light golden(don't overcook...won't taste good!) let cool. break into clusters or however you like it. mix with all remaining ingredients. (can vary dried fruits and nuts to personal taste :)
