Each square is 3 WW points. Use reduced calorie margarine and agave instead of honey.

Recipe Ingredients for Nut and Fruit Breakfast Bites

1/3 c margarine
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c honey
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1 1/4 c dried mixed fruit
1 c uncooked quick oats
1 3/4 c uncooked old fashioned oats
1/4 c walnuts

Recipe Directions for Nut and Fruit Breakfast Bites

  1. Combine reduced calorie margarine, sugar, and agave (instead of honey) in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Allow to cool and then cut into 16 pieces. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
