You can use different nut butters. The Rice Krispies stay crunch, even over a week. Great for trips. They travel well in a plastic container.

Recipe Ingredients for Nut Butter Crunchies-No cook

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup nonfat powdered milk
2/3 cup cereal, Rice Krispies
1/3 c cereal, Rice Krispies

Recipe Directions for Nut Butter Crunchies-No cook

  1. In a large bowl, blend together the nut butter, honey, and vanilla.

  2. Add the powdered milk and the 2/3 C cereal. Blend well.

  3. Form into balls. Roll in remaining cereal.
