Recipe Ingredients for Nut Burger #1

1/2 cup water []
1/2 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
4 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1/2 cup, chopped Walnuts, Black, Dried
1/2 cup, sliced Almonds
1 medium raw Carrots
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
1/4 tsp, ground Cardamom
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Nut Burger #1

  1. In medium mixing bowl combine ground flax seed, ground walnuts, ground almonds, chickpea flour, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder, salt and water. Mix together using your hands. Cover and refrigerate mixture for one hour.

  2. Grate the carrot. chop the onion and the mushroom fine. Mix these vegetables into the nut mixture once it is chilled.

  3. Form into patties. Cook on dry grill over medium heat until browned well on both sides.
