Recipe Ingredients for Nuom Chuc Sauce

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar (2053)
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry white wine
1 tbsp sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp (finely julienned) carrot
1 tbsp (finely julienned) green onion

Combine all the ingredients in a small, nonplastic bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
