Recipe Ingredients for Nshima

1/2 cup Corn Meal
1/4 cup cassava meal
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Nshima

  1. make a paste by mixing 1/4 cup of corn flour with cold water

  2. boil the rest of the water

  3. add paste to boiling water

  4. stire and let to simmer for 10 minutes

  5. add the remainder of the corn flour and stire to a thick paste

  6. cover and simmer for 3 minutes

  7. add 1/4 cup of cassava meal and stire in the thick paste

  8. cover and simmer for 3 minutes

  9. stire and serve after simmering for 3 minutes
