These are homemade energy pars. They are high in protien and fat and good for when you are going to go a long time unable to eat a meal.

Recipe Ingredients for NRG bars

4 1/2 cups granola
3 cups sesame seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped banana chips
1/2 cup raisins or craisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
600 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for NRG bars

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together

  2. Mix are wet ingrediants to together

  3. Mix all ingrediants together

  4. Smear into a greased pan (11*17 inches) or until about 1 inch think

  5. Press down and smear evenly

  6. Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes

  7. Let cool completely

  8. cut intos bars
