Delicious semi-rich meal with tomato, bacon and Gorgonzola. Italian-style.

Recipe Ingredients for Nr 28

125 g smoked bacon
2 cups of tomatoes
3 tbsp of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
125 g of sliced mushroom
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
25 g of creamy gorgonzola cheese
6 tbsp of whipping cream
300 g dry tagliatelle

Recipe Directions for Nr 28

  1. Fry the bacon in the olive oil.

  2. Chop the garlic and onions and add them to the bacon. Continue to fry until the onion is golden.

  3. Add the sliced mushroom and stir until the liquid evaporates and they have your preferred consistency.

  4. Add tomato sauce, Worcester sauce, gorgonzola, cream and let it simmer.

  5. Season it with salt & pepper to your liking.

  6. Boil the pasta until al-dente.

  7. When the pasta is ready mix it with the sauce and serve.

  8. Buon appetito!
