Tasty "raw" bread. Keep in refrigerator for several days. Dehydrate longer for longer storage in refrigerator up to 2 months.

Recipe Ingredients for npp1966 sesame sunflower bread

1 1/3 cup flax seed
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoon onion
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/3 cup water
2/3 cup sunflower seed
1/4 cup sesame seed

Recipe Directions for npp1966 sesame sunflower bread

Grind flax seeds you may reserve out 1/3 cup of whole seeds if desired. Mix flax seeds, salt, garlic, onion and water. add sunflower seed and sesame seed mix well. Use spatula to spread onto a dehydrator tray. Dry at 104* for 4 hours. Flip and score into 9 or 12 slices to make it easy to break into straight lines. Dehydrate for one hour before serving.
