Using pasta machine measuring cup measure out flour, flax, and almonds. place in machine. using pasta machine measuring cup measure egg and water. turn machine to mix add water egg mix and mix until pea sized balls are present. you may need to add additional flour. turn to extrude and cut out pasta lengths/shapes of desired lengths. Place pasta in boiling salted water and boil for approx. 5-8 minutes. serve with your favorite sauce
