Recipe Ingredients for November Bannock

2 c. flour
1/4 c. skim milk powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. cold water

Recipe Directions for November Bannock

sift together dry ingredients, cut in shortening, then stir in water. Pat out in a round and cut into 2.25 inch rounds. Bake at 400 degrees F. approx 15 mins.
